Daru Sandworm

Apex predators of the desert, the Daru are monsters of legend. In part, this reputation stems from the sheer rarity of their sightings - Daru are subterranean beasts, spending much of their lives deep beneath the sand. Though barely more intelligent than a simple insect and motivated solely by hunger, their eyeless senses stretch far through the sand, and they tunnel through earth with shocking speed.
